The project focuses on the real-time monitoring of trucks entering a country’s borders for cargo transport and transit operations until their departure. To prevent illegal activities—such as the unauthorized unloading of customs-controlled goods or deliberate damage to vehicles—each truck is equipped with a tracking device.

Our custom-designed container tracking unit operates independently of the vehicle’s electrical system, ensuring continuous data transmission and location monitoring throughout the entire transit process. These self-powered devices enhance cargo security, improve operational transparency, and ensure full compliance with national and international transport regulations.

Easy Assembly

The container tracking device is designed for quick and secure installation. Equipped with high-strength magnets, it can be easily mounted on any metal surface without additional tools or modifications. A removal force exceeding 35 kilograms is required to detach the unit, effectively preventing unauthorized tampering or accidental dislodgement during operation.

GPS Signal Lost Alarm

Provides an early warning when the GPS signal is lost, ensuring continuous tracking of the container’s location. This feature helps prevent potential security risks related to the container, its contents, and border safety.

Long-Lasting Battery

Powered by a high-capacity 20,800 mAh lithium battery, the device delivers exceptional endurance—operating for up to 400 hours when location data is logged every minute. The battery’s rechargeable design supports both wired and wireless charging, ensuring convenient reuse and minimal downtime.

At full charge, the system is capable of transmitting as many as 5,000 GPS coordinates, combining long-lasting reliability with sustainable performance.
